Our BGL-SB series single-use mixing system is ideal for providing efficient solutions in solid-liquid
or liquid-liquid mixing applications through stirring, weighing and temperature controlling. The
single-use mixing system mainly consists of rigid support container, drive unit, weighing system,
control system, data management system and instruments.
Stirring
Coupled with single-use bag assembly, bottom-mounted magnetically-driven impeller is capable of
providing efficient and rapid mixing for various powder-liquid and liquid-liquid mixing applications.
The bottom-mounted magnetic mixer drive unit is available in integrated drive type and split drive
type. The split drive type means that the bottom-mounted magnetic mixer drive unit is mounted on a
movable cart which can be moved to the bottom of the bag assembly when needed, achieving
implementation of multitude operations with one magnetic mixer drive unit.
Weighing (optional)
Weigh modules are used to measure the weight of added liquids, facilitating accurate measurement and
solution preparation.
Temperature Controlling (optional)
Temperature control is realized by regulating the temperature of the water circulating through
stainless steel jacketing.
Monitoring of pH and Conductivity (optional)
